Job description

Under the supervision of the Director of Clinical and Operational Analytics, the Operations Assistant will support the data and reporting needs of our outpatient clinics. This includes creating custom Excel reports, responding to the analytical needs of the partners and senior leads, and executing data imports for weekly/monthly updates. This is considered an Entry-Level position.


  • Run regular and ad hoc reports from our Electronic Medical Records system
  • Create and distribute reports by formatting data from Excel using pivot tables, vLookups, and other techniques
  • Drive client level reporting for monthly/weekly operating reviews
  • Support partners and leads in reporting requests and special projects
  • Check results of data updates and imports for accuracy
  • Assist with the development visual presentation of operational reports

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suites: to include strong knowledge of Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem analysis and solving skills
  • Ability to take initiative
  • Attention to detail with limited supervision necessary
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to prioritize and multi-task using strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well within a cross-functional team
  • Experience with electronic medical records preferred, but not required
  • All other duties as assigned
